Margaret (Meg) enjoys working with children because they remind her to open her eyes and marvel at the world around her. She sees children as scientists by nature, they ask interesting questions and are delighted by discovery. Meg started with Namaste in 2019, after being inspired by the educational experiences of her daughter at the school. She has helped at Girl Scout camps, worked as an environmental educator, and taught science in public schools and science education outreach programs. At Namaste, she is part of the admin team and also leads the robotics program for the younger elementary children. Outside of Namaste, Meg has a family farm that produces organic highbush blueberries. She enjoys gardening, cooking, fiber arts, and tracking the emergence of spring ephemeral wildflowers.
