Valerie strongly believes that children manifest as their best selves when their developmental needs are met and works to support those needs for young children to give them an experience of wellbeing, harmony and self confidence that will serve them as they grow. She has been involved in early childhood education professionally for more than 20 years. Valerie brings her love of music and willingness to sing through the day as well as her patience and compassion to her work with children. Currently, Valerie is mentoring teachers in the Primary program and she enjoys sharing her experience with other adults. When she isn’t helping at Namaste, Valerie is a technical writer, a mother and a dog enthusiast. She enjoys yard work, walks and bike rides in the park, watching her kids shows and events, and singing and playing music with family and friends.
